Georgia Trip

My good friend Dawn invited us to visit her parents Georgia house and I of course said yes! Who doesn’t love a semi free vacation. Tim couldn’t come so I brought Sam to help with the kids. And that she did! She was so much help probably more help then Tim would have been 🙊

The drive was great except for when I turned around and Timmy was out of his car seat!! Apparently he can unbuckle himself now. He won’t be doing that again tho. I pulled that car right over and had a little chat with him. Other than that it was a very smooth 6 hour drive.

The kids were in heaven there. They had complete free range of the house and the outdoors. Dawns parents are the best. Treated me like their daughter and totally loved on my kids.

We spent most days just exploring nature, fishing, and swimming. Timmy and Cade are for sure best friends.

Daddy’s Surprise

You already know Grace is obsessed with bunnies. Timmy’s latest NEED is a snorkel and goggle mask. He doesn’t know how to say it so he says “I need” and then points to each eye and sticks his finger in his mouth. It is hilarious.

Daddy came home with a bunny that hops and a real snorkel so now he’s their hero.

Wore this mask for daysss.

First Fishing Tournament

Our Botanical Gardens does a free kids fishing tournament every year and a Timmy is finally old enough this year. And perfect because G-da bought him a fishing pole for his birthday.

They did such an awesome job; free worms, free water, free tshirts and trophies for the biggest and most fish. We didn’t win but we had so much fun.

A Day on the Farm

I arranged for my Mommy group friends to go to a local farm. It was so great. The kids all got a pony ride, fed the animals their breakfast and got to hold baby bunnies! We asked Daddy for a bunny but we got shot down.

We dressed the part because well why not 😁

This is as close as Grace would get.

We will probably do this every year!

A lil Christmas Baking in May

I’m trying to catch my blog up to date before I take all these photos off my phone for our New York trip!!

Sooooo way back in May we had a little Christmas spirit and we baked cookies and sipped some hot chocolate.

Sweet Memories

When your three year old is playing Legos and says look mom I built a church. 💗 pretty sure that is God winking at me and saying you’re doing an ok job.

Everything and anything princess related that Grace sees in the store she screams “Mommy that’s Gracies” or “That’s my’s!”

I was dressing Timmy in his room and he looks at the wall and yells, “Stop clocking!” 😳 I’m like Umm Timmy what are you talking about and to who lol. He explains to me that the walls sometimes make a ticking sound like a clock and he doesn’t like it. Alllllllrighty.

“Mommy I very want to go on a Disney cruise!!” I started to not like commercials. Every time he sees something he wants it.

 Praying hands 😍

Stop. Growing.

Grace just put herself on the swing. I guess she must have gotten a little taller today. She also went poopy on the potty.

I should be celebrating and I am but man is it a wake up call that she is not a baby anymore and hasn’t been for a while now.

Tim said last night that we have to have another baby for Gracies sake 😉.  She swaddled this baby all by herself.

Backyard Happenings

“Ok Grace call me Hook and you be Smead ok?” Jake and the Neverland pirates is big again in this house.

That measuring cup is his paddle for the boat.

Don’t tell Grace but that bug is already dead.

I’m getting really good a bug catching these days. Add that to my resume.

She really was born to be a mommy. You’ll never catch her without her kids.

Grace says she’s an airplane.

And this cute boy who is getting big way too fast.
